Odessa, Texas (Aug 5, 2015) – The Odessa Jackalopes are packing a full season of fun into all 28 home games at Ector County Coliseum in 2015-16. This season’s promotions calendar is highlighted by a giveaway or promotion every weekend for the first time in Jacks history and will include five specialty auctions, a Bret ‘Hitman’ Hart appearance, and half-price beer for every home game from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The Jackalopes promotions schedule will feature thirteen giveaway nights throughout the season. Starting with a magnet schedule giveaway on Oct. 9, against the Topeka Roadrunners. Giveaways include a magnet schedule, Kids Club color me magnet, youth jersey, Black Friday giveaway, cruise giveaway, pint glass, Bud Light ice scrapper, rally towel, puzzle, lunch box, t-shirt, poster and Connor Hellebuyck giveaway night.
In addition to giveaway nights, the Jackalopes will have a special appearance by Bret the “The Hitman” Hart for Old School Wresting Night on Feb. 6. Purchase your meet and greet pass today.
The five Specialty Auctions will be held throughout the season and will consist of game-worn Pink in the Rink Jerseys, Movember Jerseys, Permian Jerseys, Military Appreciation with Honor or Fight Jersey’s and Shriners Jerseys.
2015 will feature the return of the Teddy Bear Toss on Dec. 12. Bring a Teddy Bear to the game and when the Jacks score their first goal, fans can throw the bears onto the ice. All the bears are donated as gifts for the holidays for children in the Permian Basin.
Also, the Jacks are extremely excited to introduce the new Kids Zone at Ector County Coliseum featuring inflatables and other fun activities for kids.
