Nollenberger new voice of Jackalopes

Odessa, Texas (July 16, 2015) – The Odessa Jackalopes have officially hired Nick Nollenberger as the club's new Broadcasting, Media and PR Director. Nollenberger can be heard for all 60 regular season games in 2015-16 on the Jackalopes flagship’ station Classic Rock 102 and also on fasthockey.com.

Nollenberger will officially join the club in September following the conclusion of his current assistant broadcasting position with the Kannapolis Intimidators, Class ‘A’ Affiliate of the Chicago White Sox.

A native of Santa Cruz, Ca., Nick graduated in 2014 with a major in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Arizona. While at Arizona, Nick was the radio voice of the Wildcats hockey team and also shared play-by-play duties for the ‘Cats baseball, football and basketball teams for the student radio.

Nollenberger’s knowledge of the game of hockey comes from playing as a youth for the San Jose Jr. Sharks. Nick still laces them up and look’s forward to scoring a goal on his future roommate, and current Jackalopes Goalie Coach, Cody Campbell.
