ODESSA, TX– For the third straight year, the Odessa Jackalopes played host as the Odessa Chamber of Commerce kicked of its annual mixer season Tuesday at the Jackalopes' Center Ice Club.
The event was attended by upwards of 60 members of the Odessa Chamber, who were treated to food, drink and numerous great door prizes from Chamber members and the Jacks, who gave away season tickets, limo service to and from a Jacks game, and a weekend stay at Odessa's Hilton Garden Inn.
In 2011-12, the Odessa Jackalopes celebrate 15 years of hockey in the Permain Basin and kick off their inaugural season as a member of the North American Hockey League.
